anticipating the worst (stories of long lines, etc.), it took me less than seven minutes to check in and vote today. the don, who is not a u.s. citizen came with me to document my voting experience. the machine i voted on was ancient. i had to pull a red lever to the right and then left when i was done. it felt like i was at the slot machines in vegas. let's hope the results of today's election are better than a crap shoot.
